At the end of “The Turning Point,” Elena confessed that she wanted to be with Stefan no matter what it took. But we’re a little skeptical. Why? Maybe because it wasn’t long after that when she happened upon Katherine’s picture and she stormed out! We’re starting to wonder if the conflicted brunette can commit to the tumultuous perils of being in love with a Vampire. Does she have what takes or should Stefan move on to someone who’s truly willing to risk everything for true love?

ok for starters she only stormed out because she was scared and confused she really loves stefan ALOT she even dies in the book s sevral times for him and the town she loves him and she always will !!!!!

i think that elana loved stefan at the beging of the show but by the end of the show you could see that she was falling for Damon. And to add to that Damon thought that he was kissing elana at the end of the last episode but the audience was let in on the set up that it was really Katherine that he was kissing I think that in the next season of the Tv Show some trouble will start because i think that Damon will naturally make trouble between Stefan and Elana by telling Stefan that he kissed elana and elena will denie it and eventually the characters will realise that it was Katherine. I am not certain what will happen but i think that might happen. I havent read the books yet so i am just writing what i think will happen but i am yet to read the books
